Take for example the case of white hat and black hat SEO techniques. Black hat techniques may take you there, give you some money. However white hat techniques will finally build your strength and show of your growth. When you finally reach the top position, you can enjoy it for a long time.  Get the knowhow, get the education so you will not be lost when certain issues are discussed and also that you can easily determine trends.

This leads us to the first value, learn what you need, apply what you learned and develop that. Learning is an important key here. New techniques and innovations are coming in and out, however use techniques that are ethical, good and provide your clients with interesting insights.

You just need to take a look at some popular marketing sites to see how articles are poorly describes, graphics poorly displayed, no harmony in the whole websites, pay per click adverts and banners strewn all over the place for good measure.

While these can bring in some money, focusing on a few good quality leads on each page will do wonders for you. Take time to research your niche and produce coherent content. Work not only to display your ideas, and show where their clients should put their money; also provide them a good working environment. Since this is your business, your website is your office space. Let it be organised and uncluttered. Let your customers not feel bombarded. Lead them on in a pleasing manner. This will help you to develop quality relations that matter to you.

Like in all businesses, don’t leave your manners when you log on to your admin page. Be polite to your customers and potential customers even when you are not addressing them directly, invest wisely by taking little steps at a time, and don’t forget to test your new ideas before applying them.
